The Final Straw or the Catalyst

When we recognize that “the time has come” for change, that moment is often framed negatively. The breaking point, the final nail in the coffin, the straw that broke the camel’s back. But we need not view such tipping points that way. Instead, think of them in terms of success, of having outgrown existing constraints.

Rather than a breaking point, you’ve reached a turning point. Rather than a final nail, you’ve found the final piece of the puzzle. Rather than the straw that broke the camel’s back, you’ve discovered the spark that will light a fire for future firm growth…
