We all have a laundry list of complaints about our smartphones. But most complaints are software or user-behavior related. Something that worked fine in version 18.3.1 doesn’t work after upgrading to 18.3.2.
It tells us how reliable the hardware has become that it falls far down the list of concerns. True, a few complaints are hardware-related. For example, after 15+ years, smartphones remain more fragile than a 1990s Nokia or 2000s Motorola Razr. And both of those products lasted far longer on a battery charge (although we asked them to do far less)…
